I took my 2020 Cadillac Escalade in to be looked at. It was riding super rough. Like so rough my fitbit was picking up the movement from driving as exercise. Anyways, about 30 minutes after I dropped off the car, they called to tell me what was wrong and how much it would cost to fix. I agreed to the repairs and they started right away.
