Broke my tonno cover pulling out my tires from the box, put my truck tires on white walls out, didn't ask if l wanted them that way and l didn't expect them to put tires on the way people haven't been doing since the 1960s. Pissed he had to redo them 🤷 a phone call to me would have prevented that. The lug nuts were supposed to be 138 ft. lbs. but they were 170ft. lbs. Confirmed by Kal tire after l had a flat and brought my truck there. Lots of fun on a hwy trying to crack my lugs free. This is all true and absolutely disgus... read more

I had an older vehicle serviced, that required a lot of attention. They never tried to upsell me, they fixed what was needed, and now my vehicle purr's like brand new. I have every faith in their professionalism, I would not hesitate any repair, Thank you Precision you guys rock.

I can’t say enough good things about Precision Auto. Every single person there deserves to be employee of the month including Henry, the shop dog, who runs a tight ship and keeps the floor crumb-free. My car was misdiagnosed by another shop, but Lewis at Precision called me in, walked me through the issue, and showed me that the part I was told was broken was actually fine. Total transparency.
