Totally exceeded my expectations! Jessy was incredibly informative and took the time to explain all the aftercare instructions, which I really appreciated. Both technicians(Jessy/Anthony) did an amazing job and were professional from start to finish. I’ve had my windshield replaced before, but this company absolutely knocked it out of the park. Very professional. Immediately addressed my concerns. They installed a OEM replacement windshield and coordinated everything seamlessly with my insurance carrier. Laurie, the customer service representative was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The techs Sergio and Chris came within the allotted window of time for the appointment and were done in one hour. Excellent service.
The experience was fantastic. Laurie was amazing handling the insurance, finding parts, and getting the appointment for service done as quickly as possible. Sergio did an amazing job on the windshield/calibration. It was quick and done the right way from the convenience of my own driveway. Definitely will use precision for all my glass needs and recommend anyone that does too.

Definitely want to recommend Precision Auto Glass to everyone!! Phil and Carlos are extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and will take care of your car like it is their own! They did a fantastic job on my 1991 Mercedes 420SEL. Definitely will be calling them again!!
