Very disappointed with my experience. They recently replaced my rear passenger side window but they left it in a non-functioning state. I was told the tech would come back to fix it after he ordered the part and checked with the insurance company. After many calls and a promise for a call back from the manager (never called me) I finally got my answer. They cannot fix it and I will need to take it to another shop. In the meantime, I have had to duct tape the window to the top of the door so the window doesn't drop or shift. ... read more
