Unprofessional they charge higher prices for diagnosing the car issues and they don’t fix anything
I had a very disappointing experience with this car service. The customer service was poor — no one seemed to know what was going on with my vehicle, and I was told to come back after two hours when I came back they asked me to pay $110 for nothing and the issue I came in for wasn’t even properly checked On top of that, the pricing felt unclear and higher than what was originally quoted. If I could give more stars I would. Excellent service from Ryan and the team at Precision. He worked through all of the issues our car had. Always explaining what needed to be done and the costs involved. Even organising repairs they couldn't do through other trades. I highly recommend them.
2 other auto electricians put my needs in the too hard basket. These guys had it fixed 2 days after first contact and did an amazing job. I'm thrilled 😁 Thanks again 👍
