Great service, and fair price.
I'm disappointed. They saw a rusted-on sensor on a flex pipe, and instead of calling me explaining the high risk that the part would break upon removal, they ... broke it upon removal. Then they called me, but at that point I had no choice but to pay. They essentially decided what was best for my financial situation. I would have asked them to reinstall the original flex pipe, as inspection is 14 months away! The most unfair part is that they tried to profit on the sensor (+30.5% over cost) and labor! Amazing services provided by this company. Very honest and informative skillset by the technicians at this location. Helped me on every angle with any issues I had with both of my vehicles. Especially Chris, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mechanic shop to use in Moncton! Great work guys.
I am very disappointed with my experience at this car repair shop. I was charged around $500, but the issue with my car was not fixed. They only told me the same problem that we already knew, and nothing was actually repaired. I don’t feel they did anything meaningful for the amount they charged. The price is very high for the service provided. Please think carefully before visiting.
