I originally booked my car in for a DPF clean, which I was told would take 2–3 hours. Instead, the job dragged out for 4 days because the mechanic claimed to have found other faults (throttle body and intercooler hose). I agreed to have these repaired in good faith, but the issue was never properly diagnosed in the first place.
