I originally booked my car in for a DPF clean, which I was told would take 2–3 hours. Instead, the job dragged out for 4 days because the mechanic claimed to have found other faults (throttle body and intercooler hose). I agreed to have these repaired in good faith, but the issue was never properly diagnosed in the first place. After paying for extra parts and labour, the problem was not fixed. within 15 minutes of driving, all the same fault lights and engine lights came back on.
