I was really impressed at the professionalism of this business. I was recommended to them by a friend who has the same make vehicle as mine. I found them great to deal with ,very knowledgeable, helpful and reasonably priced.
Up untill today they had been good,Was told to bring my van in early for a blue slip,so dropped off at 845 and was told two hours.Got back at 11 and was told to come back after lunch.Came back at 1 and asked 'how long'and was only then told that out of three mechanics that one was sick and the other was at a funeral and with the last mechanic flapping his arms and saying that they were still working on yesterday's cars so dunno. So their customer service is crappo.I live 25 ks out of town.What a waste of fuel for one courtes... read more
Not happy at all won’t be back again for anything From my experience i would recommend not to choose this place for blue slip .there are lots of places in town where you can save time i went there in 27th jan for inspection failed 2 item and again go back at 10th feb with things done first and again paid another $80 was told i don’t have to for the second time So paid twice the time frame looks 14 days god knows Poor customer service 0 star will be the best fit
Very unhappy with this experience. I took my car here only for a blue slip inspection. Normally this costs around $80–$100, however I was charged $187. The problem is not just the price — it is the fact that no one told me or discussed this extra cost beforehand.
