We had a mishap with our fifth wheel coming off the hitch, which damaged our truck bed rails and tailgate. We went to Precision and met with Steve to get an estimate. We took our vehicle there to be repaired on a self pay deal that was a little tricky. Steve was very accommodating and informative throughout the process. I’d use them again without hesitation.
I reached out to Steve in February for an estimate. But it wasn't the price that made the decision for me, it was Steve's customer service and honestly assessment of the damages the made me go with Precision. Even when I reached out a second time to let him know, I'd be back in May, the customer service remained the same. I dropped my car off on Tuesday, with a 4 day promise. My vehicle was ready on Thursday. My experience was so good, that I'll be taking my husband's car there for hail damage.
Precision was absolutely awesome with repairing our vehicle involved in an accident. I’m confident that you will not find a shop better in our area!
