Took my hyundai elantra to them to get a glass put back into a door regulator. They had it in and back together within a hour. After taking to a glass company in Jackson they couldn't get it done. Precision auto body has my business in the future. I was very pleased with customer service and them taking on a job nobody else wanted to do. Thanks for everything
Excellent customer service and the vehicle looks great. Precision Auto Body worked with our insurance company and even had a rental car waiting for us when we dropped it off. They kept us informed on the progress of the repairs. I hope we don't need them again any time soon, but would definitely use them again.
They did an excellent job.
I am very picky when it comes to my vehicles and making sure they are fixed right. Steven and his staff went above and beyond to make my truck right. I appreciate the extra effort that was put in to make things right. This is good customer service.
