Garrett did an awesome job with my first experience with muscle scraping. My legs have been sore from a lot of focus on my lower body and he was able to help relieve tension and bring back blood flow to my entire quads and hamstrings. I’m seeing much better range of motion and strength in the gym since the appointment!
