DAMAGED MY CAR! My apartment complex is redoing the driveway and parking lot so have to park on the street. They only blocked that off, not any parking on the road. Well, rocks were flying at my car and broke my mirror(mind you, it’s a brand new vehicle!) Once I left and they noticed rocks flying, they blocked that space. I tried to call, and the man who answered was incredibly disrespectful and HUNG UP ON ME before I even finished talking! When I tried calling back he didn’t even let it ring, just declined my calls. Very rude
Terrible company. The business owner has a huge ego and lets it get to his head and is very rude to customers. Would never recommend him to anyone. Steer clear!
Quality of the job was fine. Customer service was terrible. Did not provide prior notice of sealcoating, and did not knock on door when starting the job. My wife's car was blocked into the garage. Called to discuss, woman on phone was extremely rude. Emailed the company, never got a reply. This was the second time this happened... Never again.
