Highly recommended! They took great care with the color match, something I greatly appreciated as it was for a prominently visible crown. I did have to make several trips, as the owner of Precision Dental Arts, my dentist, and myself have very critical eyes, but they were eager and encouraging about getting an ideal match. Facts: 1) The lab staff do not utilize hygienic protocols and standards. 2) The quality of the crown was poor. You can see the black portion of the implant and abutment. 3) Lab tried two different times to get the tooth right- they still failed. 4) Even with the mouth mold this lab could not get this crown right. After working with this lab, I now realize how important it is to research a dental lab. Even if it requires a personal visit. I've been working with Paul at Precision Arts Dental Studio for over 10 years. He puts great effort to make sure that his work and services are excellent, which it always is because he's just that kind of guy.
