If you have a choice for a home appraisal... CAUTION: do NOT use Gerald Long and Precision Appraisal for your home appraisal needs. The comps he used for our home were not even a little bit close to our actual home - according to our appraisal it looks like it LOST value - driving our value down to almost nothing. The appraisal was incredibly confusing and did not make any coherent sense.. where he came up with his numbers is beyond us.
