Bob was prompt, professional and fixed our dryer pully and rollers in a in timely manner. He didn't overcharge for parts and labor. Every other company I called was over $100 for the service call and another 2-3 weeks just to come to the house. Precision was out in less than a week and only charged $29.95 for the service fee. We will definitely use him again.

This is the best place to call for an appliance repair. Fair pricing. He only charges $29 for service call. His labor charges are so low and fair. It sometimes takes a bit to get him because he is so busy..but we'll worth the wait for someone who is not our to take advantage of you.

We called Bob to come and take a look at our dryer because the clothes wouldn’t dry. He came out a week later, and took a look at the dryer for about 10 min, said it was something about a thermal coil kit. He showed us what parts to order on Amazon, because he said it would be another week or 2 until he could come back to repair it. So he charged us his service fee and went on his way. Called at the recommendation of several local people. Bob responded immediately, scheduled a visit and arrived promptly. He was friendly, efficient, informative and honest. Not knowing what the problem was, he could have sold us anything but didn’t. It was an inexpensive fix and I won’t hesitate to call him again for appliance repair. Highly recommend.
