We wish we had read the reviews prior to letting these people work on our appliances. The refrigerator still leaks and oven still does not work. We’ve called them 6 times to come back out with no response. We even sent an email. But they sure did cash the check. Never again! I will be sure to post on our community page of 20k readers to let them know what kind of business this company runs. Shady! Shady!
Wow! I just read the previous reviews and the exact same thing happen to me. HWA (Home Warranty of America) sent me to Precision Appliance for the repair of my Viking refrigerator, Robert came over a month ago, cashed my check and after leaving messages on a daily basis, I never heard back from them. These people are crooks! I give them ONE STAR only because it is the least I can post, I can't give them a negative star, if I could I would.
They never answer the phone! And they don't return calls! They say leave a detailed message and a good phone number to call and they never do. Horrible company.
March 2017 our Home Warranty sent Precision Appliance Repair (Pete) to service our washer. Pete from Precision Appliance Repair said he needed to order a part, took our $100 check which was cashed within 2 hrs of Pete's visit. Pete NEVER RETURNED AND WASHER WAS NEVER FIXED. It is now end of April and Precision Appliance Repair has not returned our endless calls both from the warranty insurance company and ourselves.
I made an appointment with Pete to come service my broken stand alone Ice Machine towards the end of November. Pete never showed, nor did he give me a courtesy call to inform me. I just passed it off as them being busy during the holiday season. It is now the second week in January and I made another appointment with them. They said they would be here Wednesday morning.
