I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Dr Hauser for his care, support, and professionalism. The reassurance and kindness he showed meant so much during what was a very stressful time for our family. His expertise and calm approach made a real difference, and we are incredibly grateful to have had him looking after our twins!
I had surgery on my ankle on the 8/4/2026. My anaesthetist was Shilpa Desai and she was absolutely amazing and for the first time after having surgery I was not sick. Shilpa was very caring and explained everything she was doing and she made me very comfortable and very relaxed. We also chatted about holidays and also had some laughs. My anaesthetist Dr Hamish Mace has cared for me during my last 2 surgeries and his bedside manner is exceptional. My last surgery following his recommendation had no side effects eg nausea or projectile vomiting - much to my relief. Thank you
I had two exceptional experiences with Dr Edwards as my anaesthetist. From the beginning, he was calm and reassuring. His presence throughout each process was genuinely comforting given how nervous I was! The entire team was lovely, and the following up care is extremely thoughtful. They check up on you in the following days to see how you are recovering. Couldn't have asked for anyone better! Emilia :)
Dr Neil Hauser is absolutely fantastic! He was so kind and caring towards my daughter when she had her grommet surgery. He managed to make her laugh through her fear and anxiety and she was then way calmer going into the operating room. His bedside manner was great, I got a call prior to discuss and he sent a follow up text the next day to make sure everything was going ok.
