We replaced our screens with windows and a storm door. We also added insulation to the roof. Jake did the installation by himself. Everything was done perfectly. I have done remodeling jobs myself and would hire him if I ever needed work done again. Excellent work ethic that is hard to find in today's world!!
Andrew, Julio, and Bill took an unusable lanai and turn it into a showplace. The screens were old and torn, the ceiling had peeling paint, the door was broken, and we didn’t want to spend any time out there. Now, thanks to Julio, the screens have been replaced and the florida glass replaced with metal panels. The ceiling now has vinyl beadboard and a new fan. Communication was good. Bill the installer was great! He communicated well and provided tips on care for the windows.
Installers Bill and Jack showed up promptly at 9 o'clock immediately went to work and had all equipment on site. He promptly installed the windows and the door show me how everything worked cleaned up after themselves and were very courteous! I will use this business again because they show up when they say they're going to and the job is done properly the first time!
