10/29/2025 - I have a yearly maintenance plan with Precision Air, and as usual, Bruce came out today for my yearly maintenance. All went well, and as always, Bruce shared information that is always valuable for a homeowner ‐‐----‐--------- One Year Ago - My furnace stopped working. When I called my regular furnace company, they charged me a diagnostic fee to come out and then without doing any tests, told me it could be the pressure switch or the motor and could cost me a few thousand dollars.
