Quite literally couldn’t have had a better experience. From the lady who took our phone call to the man who came out. Came out last minute on a Saturday to fix our ac. They were SO nice & SO accommodating and very reasonably priced. I hope we don’t need them in the future but if (let’s be real, when) we do, we know who to call!
Our A/C unit broke on a Friday night. I called Precision on Saturday morning and spoke to Sarah. She was so sweet and sounded genuinely concerned about our situation. She gave me the best and worse case scenario. Best case they could possibly come same day worse case would be Monday afternoon. I called other companies just to see if someone could come same day.
