I was looking to install a new heating system and had heard good things about them. I called, and they sent out a tech. He seemed great and gave me some ball park numbers and I thought I’d go with them for sure. I called the office 3 times over a month to ask for my quote and they kept saying they’d get it right over. They never did. Huge waste of time which was very frustrating. If they were too busy to do the job that’s ok but just be honest.
On Friday night Aug 1st, we realized we had no hot water (tank exploded and was leaking) - I called Precision Air and spoke to Josh Potter who was able to help us identify the issue as well as to instruct us on how to turn off the water tank. In addition, he was able to locate a new tank and came the next day to install it for us. Josh, along with Brandon Forbes, were helpful and efficient - they had us back up and the hot water running quickly! We were so grateful for their hard work.
