Had them come in because my ac was not working properly. Someone named Zach came cleaned the unit and inspected. Said everything was fine. 2 days later it stopped working turns out I had to get a new ac unit. These workers do not know what they are talking about or even doing!!! Worst company and service ever!!!
Sucked Came out said I have a leak , put refrigerant in charged me ridiculous amount of money and left. I have a 1.5 year old granddaughter living with me! Called them the same evening when I got home and found I have no AC after $450 for 3 lbs of refrigerant. Told the person on the phone she said she would pass it on to the OnCall tech. This was two + weeks ago and I still haven't heard from them. The were once good, not anymore.
We built a new house in 2019. Precision air took care of the entire installation. They were there for us for all of our questions. We had a lot! We have a maintenence contract as well. The technicians are well trained on their systems and very polite.
