I'm not a big reviewer, but I had a very not good experience with this very highly rated business and I feel like warning others is appropriate. We recently purchased a home. The sellers had installed 2 new direct-to-consumer brand (Zokop) heat pumps with 4 heads (2 for each) in the home roughly 1 year ago (they are not providing records, but this is a reasonable estimate). The Precision team installed a new Goodman AC unit recently at my house. It works BEAUTIFULLY keeping the house very cool but there is a slight pulsing noise I still hear from the compressor. Tim and Eduard (and others on the team) have been and are working diligently to help quiet the noise down for me. I am unfortunately sensitive to noise. Initially there was a vibration (pulsing) noise from the unit where the coils entered the house/basement - (I have a 1924 bungalow). Tim put a lot of effort in reducing the noise emanating from the basement by adding padding and space so the coils did not vibrate against one of the main beams in the basement -- and Eduard D did a phenomenal job being a detective in finding out how/where the remaining vibration noise was happening where the coil enters the side of the house.
