LOVED my experience with Precision Air! Serge came and bid the job. Professional, listened well to my specific issues, and returned the fair price bid within hours. Today Viktor and Peter came to do the install and it couldn’t have been better. Super nice guys, great communicators, knowledgeable, and fast. Recently made the jump to a heat pump from a gas furnace. The price, professionalism, communication, and ability to help me find what I needed were all on point. Jade was quick to coordinate. Serge went above and beyond to help coordinate the installation, provide a timely and accurate quote. The installation team was incredibly quick, knowledgeable, and did good work. Lastly, they even helped coordinate rebates that we were eligible for. Would gladly do business with them again.
We’ve used Precision Air several times and they’ve always been great, but our most recent experience was especially outstanding. Eduard and Ryan Duguay installed a new heater in our home and did an excellent job. They were friendly, respectful, and professional from start to finish.
