My technician, Samuel Messner, performed the yearly HVAC inspection. Samuel was on time, courteous and knowledgeable. Based on his thorough inspection I’m confident my system is in good working order.
D----- arrived early in the arranged time frame. He listened to "the story" with patience and interest. He asked several questions and moved right in to the evaluation. All was solved. I felt comfortable and quite impressed with his obvious experience and professionalism. Well done!
Eduard was promptly on time and determined the issue in short order. He and Precision Air worked around our tight schedule and worked diligently to get the parts for the repair in record time! Eduard did a great job and ensured the system was back up and running and that we were happy with the work before leaving. Confident we have another 10 years with it because of him!
