I gave my car for service with the following requests: 1. Annual tire rotation and fluid top-ups 2. Software updates (if any) 3. Car wash After waiting about 1.5 hours, I received my car from a different service advisor with a report — but no explanation of what was actually done. The car wasn’t washed, and the report only shows a standard 120-point inspection.
