I'm a dude with long hair. I asked for a shampoo and to trim my ends. No issues whatsoever, and I got a lovely compliment on my long hair. I am leaving this review as I am looking to book a return visit. Will update if needed, otherwise I got what I asked for at a good price.

My male partner has had three haircuts here and each time he has come home and shaved his head because the cut has been so uneven. The cut is so bad that when he walks in I can see piece of hair randomly splayed around his head at an odd angle. I would not recommend them. You would do a better job watching a YouTube video and doing it yourself with craft scissors. I really can't believe they let people walk out looking that lopsided. My partner is too polite to complain, but I feel like people should be warned.
