Today, I received facial tightening with red light therapy. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and there was a calming nature in the suite. Lulu is so kind and gentle and shes prompt. Im so impatient. Lol She told me the truth about my skin as well as understood my skin type. Booked through Groupon for the 14th and had to reschedule. Did this online with ample notice and got a confirmation of cancellation. Rescheduled for the following week. On the 14th, I got a text from the owner an hour and a half before my originally scheduled appointment saying we needed to cancel. Zero stars- it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a “business”. My 1st appointment the doors were locked and lights out and she did not respond to my texts or calls. A fed ex worker dropping at business next to hers said he drops next door all the time and has Never seen it open!! Then we corresponded via email and set up a new appointment - directly with her- and she No Showed No Called AGAIN!!! It is mind blowing to me that a person could operate like this.
