AVOID!!! What kind of person does this! Appt at noon. Got there and Lulu says made a mistake with schedule. To come back at 1:15. I come back then. Wait outside for 30 mins! Text Lulu and call her. No response! Place is closed!!!
AVOID!! AVOID!! Really wish I would have read these reviews earlier! AVOID this place! Sounds like this owner uses the same excuse of her son for having to reschedule appointments. Then she is a no-show and gives no response back. I came in early per her request so she could pick up her son after she accepted my original time. She repeatedly rescheduled and did not show up to any of my appointments -5x in the row. Never received the services I paid for. Do not waste your time and money. Locked door with none inside during midst of operating hours with open sign lit… completely unprofessional.
She rescheduled the appointments two times saying her grandma is in the hospital and third time I went to the appointment and she didn’t show up. The store was closed and she didn’t even answered my calls and replied to my texts. Very unprofessional behavior.
This was a christmas gift from my daughter which she bought through groupon. Booked my appointment online and it was accepted. On the day of my appointment, received a text from lulu asking if I can come in at 12 noon instead of 11 am (originally booked). I texted back to let her know that 12 was fine.
