Booked through Groupon for the 14th and had to reschedule. Did this online with ample notice and got a confirmation of cancellation. Rescheduled for the following week. On the 14th, I got a text from the owner an hour and a half before my originally scheduled appointment saying we needed to cancel. Zero stars- it was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a “business”. My 1st appointment the doors were locked and lights out and she did not respond to my texts or calls. A fed ex worker dropping at business next to hers said he drops next door all the time and has Never seen it open!! Then we corresponded via email and set up a new appointment - directly with her- and she No Showed No Called AGAIN!!! It is mind blowing to me that a person could operate like this. The first appointment went very well. She was a little late, but she informed me she was going to be. I was early and I waited for about 30 minutes for her to show up. She had a great conversation. She was knowledgeable about the equipment and what it does it’s the ones that shop for Services but the second appointment again she was late and then I felt like I didn’t receive the full treatment. AVOID!!! What kind of person does this! Appt at noon. Got there and Lulu says made a mistake with schedule. To come back at 1:15. I come back then. Wait outside for 30 mins! Text Lulu and call her. No response! Place is closed!!!
