I called back in August to have the glass replaced that shattered for my patio sliding door I purchased from them in 2021. I was provided the estimate and was told the glass would need to be delivered. I called and emailed several times and was told oh we’ll deliver it and install it the same day but never did. Just terrible communication and customer service. I’d advise anyone to not waste your time and find another company.
They installed the windows fine, but it has been a few years and one of the windows is leaking. I have emailed the company for a replacement of the damaged window over 8 months ago. I have emailed and called, they are very poor with this customer service. If you go with this company hope you have no issues with the windows. As an update, I wrote this review long ago, and the company still has not replaced this damaged window. They do not stand behind their products. Do yourself a favor, choose a different window company.
