Mike rebuilt my 48 RE transmission in my 05 Dodge ram 2500. It was supposed to be a heavy duty rebuilt which was supposed to last longer. After about 40K the trany started doing gear shuttling. I dropped the pan to investigate and found loose electrical connection on the Governor Pressure Solenoid. I replaced that part with an upgraded one and the connection become now snug and secure and the problem went away. So much for upgraded parts. Great group of guys, have yet to pay for their services but they offered a no-charge diagnosis for me and their advice is top notch. I will be using them for transmission repair services and will update once completed. ZF 6HP. They have a gentleman from SA that's worked on ZF for years.
Dealt with the new owner and he was very courteous. He had a line up of cars but managed to squeeze me in for a quick transmission drain and fill when there was a gap available. Great service and the owner was very trustworthy.
Never had a problem with the work here. Customer service needs improvement
The dealership that i bought the car from took my car to them without my consent , they charged the insurance for $3000 " transmission work", a year later & half i had to put brand new transmission. Do not know what they charged that kind of amount, did not do proper job...stay away...
