Worst experience ever . was mislead by these people because I did not decide to have my car repaired there they decided to keep my car ransom until tow cost was paid but kept it longer on purpose so they could get more money for storage ect from my insurance company. AAMI said they would NEVER RECOMMEND as they would never send their cars there as worst ratings so make sure you do your research first incase u were tricked into bringing your car here as third party. A small repair has taken six months, and I still haven’t got my car back. Completely unacceptable.
I've called numerous times to get my car booked in to be repaired, told they will call me back but they don't. Just lost my business guys.
