Completely ruined my daughters iPhone after a rear glass replacement. 1. They dropped it and broke it after they fixed it. She was told she would have to wait until new stock was ordered so they fix it. That took about 2 to 3 weeks. 2. When she took it back, they fixed the glass, but the phone is not working now due to them rewiring the battery wrong. When she told them the phone isn't working properly, he didn't offer assistance and suggested there would be an extra cost $600 to send it away for repairs. Not happy
