Had an appt to clear a septic pipe. Brian didn't show up and didn't even call. I called an hour after appt time and he was very standoffish. He said something came up and couldn't come. Then he just hung up on me. I drove 3 hours to meet him and not even the curtesy to call. Zero starts if I could....
We had a severe drain/plumbing blockage in what is a very old septic system. Precise came out promptly and fixed it; however, we discovered a couple hours later that there was still some blockage. Precise returned same day (now late afternoon), vowed not to leave until it was resolved, and they kept their word!
