We had a clogged drain and Precise was recommended to us by Bramms Plumbing. I called and spoke with Lisa and she scheduled Brian to come out the same day. Brian showed up on-time and removed the clog from the drain quickly and efficiently. Very professional and knowledgeable. We are not from this area and told him about some of the issues we had last winter when our septic froze. Had an appt to clear a septic pipe. Brian didn't show up and didn't even call. I called an hour after appt time and he was very standoffish. He said something came up and couldn't come. Then he just hung up on me. I drove 3 hours to meet him and not even the curtesy to call. Zero starts if I could....

We had a severe drain/plumbing blockage in what is a very old septic system. Precise came out promptly and fixed it; however, we discovered a couple hours later that there was still some blockage. Precise returned same day (now late afternoon), vowed not to leave until it was resolved, and they kept their word!
