Luis from Precise Pro went above and beyond for our list of household repairs. First, he is very responsive and professional. He came out for free to assess our punch list and generate a quote. He then promptly provided a quote and scheduled the work in less than a week. There was one item he didn’t think he’d be able to fix, and recommended another vendor. But then, he did his own research and came up with a solution- and it worked perfectly! He’s thorough/ meticulous and we will certainly be using him again.
I discovered Luis through a Facebook group page. I called him and he talked through my problem with installing a nest thermostat. He was extremely pleasant. Despite the job sounding like a dead end, he did not hesitate to book an appointment and come to my house and troubleshoot. In about an hours time, he was able to get us up and running! Great customer service, communication and reasonable pricing. I highly recommend him and his company. Pictures of before and after.
Luis was on time for our appointment. He picked up materials and installed our new blinds beautifully. I am so pleased with his work. I will definitely hire him again and recommend him to my community.
We were referred to Luis through a mutual friend and could not be happier with the work he did! He hung motorized shades on 7 big windows and also mounted a TV. He showed up right on time, was incredibly professional and did a fantastic job. We cannot recommend Luis and his team enough and will definitely be using him again!
