The staff is very knowledgeable about the specific needs of their clients. From the front door to the equipment, the facility is clean and organized.
Came to my appointment a few minutes late. Was refused service by receptionist who stated PT had already started another person’s therapy early. Met PT in hallway heading to restroom on my way into the clinic. Now they want to charge for a treatment session that never occurred!
I was referred here by my dr and the staff has been so nice and professional. They communicate with me about everything they are doing and why, and answer every question I have. They also care about how you are doing besides the reason you are there. I would recommend them to anyone needing PT.
