THE WORST customer service experience. This company is nothing more than a money grubbing corporation. Do NOT park where they offer "services"...I paid nearly $11, missed a letter on the machine for my Licence Plate and they gave me a $93 ticket. Reduced to $7.50 when I disputed it (online only) for their additional "fees"...unreal. It's not a lot of money but they are swindlers.
Precise Parklink are a bunch of rip off artists. I parked at one of their parking garages, paid for my parking, the machine I paid at was old and somehow missed the last number of my license plate, so I got a ticket. I sent them an email, attached a copy of my payment of $8.00 and told them what happened and that they need to update their payment machines and they charged me an extra $7.75 for the inconvenience of having to read and reply to my email.
