Romel is nothing short of amazing, really! He is so honest, cordial, and he and his crew do such excellent work for a very affordable price. Not only that! He returns his phone calls and messages and arrives and departs when he says he will. He also messages daily to give a progress report. I can't think of one single thing I don't like about him or his company. Romel and the guys were perfect. We had a deck that was very ready to surrender to gravity. Romel gave us a very fair quote with detailed information about what he would do and when. He communicated timing clearly and was exactly where he said he'd be when he told us. The design of the deck was identical to the existing deck, but the execution of the design was above and beyond our expectations.
