Contract that they make you sign says Robert will be at each lawn service, he is never there. They scalp the lawn, do not edge, as in the contract. The office manager, Kimberly is responsive. She has informed me how they have limited quality crew and are at their mercy because they do not know if the crew will show up the next day. I gave $300 fior mulch up front months ago, they never did service as promised and stole our money. No refund given.
