He was understanding of how special my rings were to me and made sure i understood what was and was not possible for what i wanted out of them. Absolutely amazing customer service and workmanship! I brought my fiancé’s engagement ring in to be re-sized and it was done to perfection way earlier than we expected. He did such an incredible job, the ring is seamless and he also polished the setting and diamond! The only place I’ll go from now on! Thank you!
Walked in at 5pm, asked him if he could resize my new ring, he said he’d try his best to have it done before close at 5:30, but no promises, and he had it finished in 20 minutes! Excellent service. Thank you so much!!
