Tim, Jerry, and their team did a total kitchen remodel for us and we couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. The bid they gave was very fair for the work, and middle of the pack in terms of quotes I got. Tim was communicative through the entire process and was frequently on site checking on progress. My wife and I hired Madison River Builders for a basement remodel. We worked with Jerry, Tim, Alan and his partner and it was a pleasure working with all of them. They all went above and beyond and treated the project as though it were for their own homes. My wife was particularly impressed with Alan and his partner's attention to detail in the final product, truly living up to the name "Precise". Responsive from the start, executed the scope of work as if it were their own home they were working on. Communicative, on-time, open to discussion, the work at my place included replacing sections of the front and rear wooden deck, re-stain both, replace a privacy wall, moldings, recap the front courtyard half wall, clear the gutters.
