We signed our contract last year after meeting with several builders, and this team felt the most straightforward from day one. They didn’t overpromise timelines or hide costs in confusing paperwork. During construction, I visited almost every weekend and noticed the crew actually paying attention to details. One window arrived damaged, but they replaced it before closing without making it a problem.

Tim, Jerry, and their team did a total kitchen remodel for us and we couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. The bid they gave was very fair for the work, and middle of the pack in terms of quotes I got. Tim was communicative through the entire process and was frequently on site checking on progress. The crew arrived exactly when they said they would every day, and was extremely respectful to our space; Tim even sent in a cleaner after the project was complete to make sure everything was picked up. Jerry, Tim and Chad did a great job on projects in my home. From renovating my bathroom , installing windows to repair work - they did a fantastic job! I'll be using them again this year for more work. Thanks guys!!
