Bought two mini splits June of 2021 Sales pitch was a super nice guy but when you have problems with your heat pump good luck getting David to come and fix it. Labour warranty was 1 year but David said if you have problems at any time he would fix it with no cost for labour that’s a joke. David was a dream to work with. I had a heat pump install go very sideways and david stepped in and saved the day, and did such an amazing job! He was professional and polite, and was very responsive to my messages and calls. He is very knowledgeable and i cannot thank him enough for completing the job above and beyond my expectations.
