David was a dream to work with. I had a heat pump install go very sideways and david stepped in and saved the day, and did such an amazing job! He was professional and polite, and was very responsive to my messages and calls. He is very knowledgeable and i cannot thank him enough for completing the job above and beyond my expectations.
Excellent experience with Dave. Extremely helpful and went way beyond "the basics he needed to do" I would give 11 stars if I could and will be recommending him to everyone I can!
Extremely poor customer service. On 3 attempts over past couple of years to contact David after giving him some major new construction work on Quadra, not once has he responded to both phone messages and emails. Very, very disappointing!!
