I had issues with a loose belt on my Nordictrack. It was too lose, and kept slipping causing my knees to hurt. I tried to fix it myself, and did more harm than good. I called Precise Gym Equipment, I was very appreciative of the help I received from the staff there. Leslie was so sweet and booked me as soon as they could get a technician out. Avoid! Will never do business with this company. Ed was unprofessional and disrespectful. Plenty of other companies and suppliers with better service.
Thank you so much Tech Eddie for always coming out and repairing my Nordic Track bike. Great customer service, professional and knowledgeable with the work he does. Informed me what was wrong with my bike and told me what to do to maintain proper care. I will be contacting Precise Gym for my future repairs/services.
