i called and they were able to come out the same day, about an hour later. pedro was very friendly and quickly helped retrieve my lost remote from the air duct for a very low price. he finished the duct-related service in about ten minutes and also took a moment to explain how items can fall into vents and affect airflow. i appreciate how fair and honest they were, and i will definitely use them again for air duct cleaning and hvac maintenance. overall, a fast, helpful, and professional experience.
