keith came to our home for a special consultation on air duct cleaning and some duct replacement. he was very honest about what could be done and didn’t try to promise anything extra. he even helped us figure out an issue with our ac system. i would definitely recommend precise fairfax air duct care and would use them again.
The service from Precise Fairfax Air Duct Care was excellent and everyone was very friendly the whole time. Everything about the air duct cleaning process was explained clearly during the estimate, and Eric did a great job. they cleaned our air ducts and dryer vent, even going on the roof to check where the vent let out. while working, they found some damage and bends that were blocking the airflow, and they showed us pictures as they fixed everything. arrived on time and were very polite. communication was clear from the first call. excellent customer service and great job overall.
