Ordered a new replacement door which took awhile (logistics of course, understandable), installation and the door itself were all fine. We like it. However the job was never completed, missing proper door trim and finish work. (installer cut incorrectly and stated so in his notes that it would be fixed). 6 months go by, i finally do it myself. Replaced a broken door on my polebarn. Everyone I dealt with was awesome!
We were in need of service on a broken spring at our rental property. I first contacted another service who gave me a 2-visit, one month timeline. I did not want to hold my renter up with this timeframe, so I sought out another option. Precise got me on the schedule for the next week - and was able to complete the job in one visit. The job took about 1/2 hour total - both of the service men were awesome!! You don't find service like this these days. Thank you!!
After being told by another company that it would be 6 to 8 weeks, before they could come and adjust cables to open and close out garage door, we called Precise Door. We were told that they would check with the crew and would get right back to us. Within 15 minutes there was a truck in our driveway, even before the office called. Can't say enough about the service we received from Precision. When other companies either didn't pick up their phone, didn't call back, or had a 2-3 week wait, Precision's courteous service crew showed up the same afternoon. As promised, they called with a head's up a little while before they arrived. Super personable, professional and efficient.
