Watch out for unexpected gap fees! I had a dental check-up and clean here recently. I filled out the new patient form and handed over my Medibank card before the appointment, but the front desk never mentioned there would be an out-of-pocket cost. It was only after my treatment that they told me they aren't a Medibank Members' Choice provider, and I was hit with a surprise gap fee. Please double-check your health fund coverage directly with them before booking so you don't get caught out like I did!

Easy to book an appointment via online, I booked the night before and got a quick response on the next day and got an appointment next morning for a quick checkups. The dentist and staffs were friendly and addressed my concerns, offering cost-effective suggestions instead of pushing for expensive options. My only concern was that one of the tools appeared old!
