Precise are top quality, honest and skilled at what they do. The team at reception are inviting and approachable and happy to help wherever possible. They did some major suspension work on our Toyota coaster bus in 2022, without blinking and showed familiarity with heavy vehicles that Toyota themselves didn’t and at really competitive rates. Precise are an amazing business. Thankyou so much for your outstanding service! Despite some additional requirements they stuck to their quote and even helped above and beyond. Even the administration workers are knowledgeable mechanically and excellent to talk to!
This shop has no morales along with ripping off their customers. My neighbour who is battling cancer, took his car into them multiple times and they stuffed his car and ripped him off, to the point where we’ve had to help get it drivable again for him. I would give no stars if I could.
I worked there for a week of work experience and all of the staff are friendly and they can certainly get the job done in time and the boss is really helpful and taught me new skills and definitely recommend this place to get your vehicles serviced keep it up Ash
