Awesome guy! Came out after a long day and got my AC running.
I live in a remote area of the county, and figured it would take several hours for someone to get to me. Within an hour my tech, Roger, was there and had already diagnosed the issue. I was told that it would take several days to get the part my unit needed. However, within 24 hours Roger had come back and replaced the part. Excellent customer service. Thank you so much!
Roger was excellent at his job. He had my AC going in 15 minutes. Very polite, very respectful and will definitely use them from now on.
