Repeat excellent service! Had a recall on a part, our home warranty sadly(initially )sent out Comfort First who had been making us wait three weeks for sensor that Precise already had on the truck. Jay went above and beyond to communicate with our home warranty company to intercept the dispatch order, then Roger came out sooner than expected. Precise conditions is always my first call when I need a HVAC inspection. Roger is quick to reply, very knowledgeable and priced fairly. They installed our new unit quickly and have had no issues with it.
