The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and the staff are amazing. Fast service and very tidy, my goto pharmacy in the neighborhood.
I highly recommend this pharmacy and its professional, helpful, and knowledgeable pharmacist who is always willing to give a call to the medication prescriber to confirm the right medication. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and made me feel confident in my medication.
The service needs to be improve. I called today at 11:56am and confirmed they received my prescription, but they told me don’t come now because they were busy. I said sure, I will asked my friend to come to pickup after 2pm and the receptionist said that’s fine. I provided them 2 hours to prepare one medication, and when my friend arrived at 4pm the medication is still not ready 😒 they had to waited for another 15 mins to get my medication. Ridiculous service! I don’t even know how they got so many 5+ stars 🧐🤨
The pharmacy is very welcoming and staffs are friendly. They do free shipping to Staten Island and out of state, perfect for those that are location inconvenient. Along with effective communication in Fuzhounese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Taishanese and English. Recommend!
