I honestly feel like I found a total gem with Precise Car Service in Stoney Creek. It’s so rare to find a shop where you feel like a regular from day one, but these guys are just fantastic. The pricing is always fair, and every 5th oil change is free! I’m so grateful to come across this shop. Mary and Joe are warm, inviting, friendly and just all around good, down to earth people. Beyond their obvious vast experience and knowledge, they actually care about customer satisfaction and take great pride in doing quality work. Spent over $6000 on a car only to be told by two mechanics who double checked I was bent ripped off ! My tires were constantly losing air and were not balanced one time yet GARY the one driving the car said the car was ok ? You said I got an inspection well why was the tires not balanced? It took another mechanic to figure that out????? Do not let this man work on your car!
