Marc and his guys were fantastic! We had a shower leak that was covered by insurance. We had a new shower and bathroom put in, as well as new floors throughout the house (in addition to the insurance claim). Marc handled the supplements directly with our carrier and made the process very simple. He was even able help get us a Pod to move stuff around so we could stay in our house during the repairs (as insurance wouldn't pay for a temporary place to live). Homeowners should be very cautious when considering Marc as a general contractor. We hired Marc to remove a concrete patio&replace it with a wood deck, reframe&rescreen our porch with epoxy floor, replace a slider door, add a concrete sidewalk, build a trash area.The project was contracted to occur from end of May 2024-end of July 2024, it was 2 months delayed.Marc put the same boards on our deck 3 times&removed those same boards 2 separate occasions.The 1st time the boards had to be removed was due to the main power line to our home being interfered with.The 2nd time they were removed was due to PBC hitt... read more
Finding Marc was such a great experience after getting scammed by someone else, receiving super high quotes from other companies, and having a bat infestation due to the issue. Marc and his team were able to get the tuck pointing job done quickly and did an AMAZING job on the chimney! Marc even came out to check the work when they were done and made them redo something because it wasn’t up to his standards, which I really appreciated. The job was done but he made sure the job was done CORRECTLY!
Marc did my driveway and porch. Marc did an excellent job. I really like what he did. Will prevent me from falling.
