So this is my second time going here. The first time, a lady with glasses did my eyebrows, and I liked her—she was very sweet and helpful. The second time I went, a different lady did my eyebrows. While she was doing them, I kept flinching and moving because, you know, it’s a natural response. She said in a passive-aggressive tone, “Can you relax, please?” but okay, whatever. DISGUSTED IS NOT EVEN A WORD TO DESCRIBE WHAT I’M FEELING. I went in for a threading on my eyebrows, the brows weren’t great they were meh. But the upper lip ? HORRIBLE. She went over my upper lip more than 10 times she BURNED my skin. I woke up today and now it looks like I have herpes!!!!!! I will NEVERRRR come back. I have a trip this upcoming week and idk what to do. I’m livid!!!!
The owner is the only person at this salon who truly knows how to shape and thread eyebrows properly. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff I’ve dealt with have been unprofessional, careless, and lacking the skill needed for this type of work. My first bad experience was over a two ago with one of the employees (a heavier-set woman). While threading my brows, she actually caught my eyelashes in the thread and pulled some out. The Indian lady got the job done with my eyebrow threading however she was rude with giving instructions and rushed me out the chair
Definitely not coming here again my eyebrows have huge bald spots and gaps because the wax wasn’t done correctly . Was shocked to see half my eyebrow was gone when I came home and examined it in the mirror . Thry don’t know what they’re doing
